- From Event Organizers: Name, contact details, event details business information, and payment data (via Razorpay).
- From Guests: No personal information is collected unless voluntarily included in video content.
2. Use of Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide and manage event services
- Process payments
- Communicate with organizers
- Offer technical support
3. Video Content
Guest videos are stored on servers for a period of 7 days. After that, the video contents will be deleted automatically.
Event organizers must download the Event videos from the Download button with in 7 days

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store any credit/debit card details.

Guests must be at least 13 years old to use SharingBooth. Users aged 13–18 must do so under the consent of a parent or guardian. Organizers are responsible for ensuring this.
