Welcome to SharingBooth. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website and QR-based mobile platform, operated by Sharingbooth.
By registering for our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Only event organizers may create an account on SharingBooth. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Service Overview
SharingBooth enables event organizers to create interactive guest experiences. Guests at events can scan a QR code to record and upload video. These videos will be accessible in a reel format for up to 7 days from the date of the event.
After 7 days, videos will be removed from our servers and the video can be download by clicking the download button.
3. Content Guidelines
Guests may only upload content that is lawful and appropriate. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech or offensive language
- Defamatory, abusive, or obscene content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Any other content that violates corporate laws
SharingBooth reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
4. Age Restrictions
Guests must be at least 13 years of age to use the QR-based recording system. Guests between 13–18 years must use the service under parental or guardian supervision. The event organizer is responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement.
5. Payments and Refunds
Event organizers must pay a service fee to access SharingBooth’s features. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds if the QR code has been generated.
6. Intellectual Property
Organizers retain ownership of the content submitted by their guests. However, SharingBooth has a limited license to host and display the content for the event duration.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SharingBooth if any user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any misuse of the platform by event guests. Organizers are responsible for informing guests of appropriate use and obtaining necessary consents.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
